Responsibilities
- Lead system and DevOps engineering efforts
- Oversee migration from on-premise to cloud environments (AWS)
- Design and enforce processes and best practices for infrastructure and application deployment
- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, servers, and networking infrastructure
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in a Mid to Senior System Engineer role
- Proven hands-on Linux expertise
- Previous work with:
- VMware infrastructures
- Bare Metal server environments
- Networking technologies and relevant best practices
- Deep understanding of AWS, including infrastructure cloud migration strategies
- Familiarity with Terraform for automation and IaC
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalents
- Preferred: Working experience with Kubernetes

Compensation and Work Arrangements
- Competitive salary range: £70–80K
- Flexible working model:
- Primarily remote
- On-site meetings mandated once per week
