Interim System Implementation Specialist

12-15 month fixed-term contract · On-site, London · Immediate start

Ever wanted to be the person who actually gets a major system implementation over the line? A well-established property business is midway through rolling out MRI Horizon across the organisation, and is looking for a hands-on implementation specialist to help drive it to a successful go-live.

This is a pivotal, high-visibility role. You'll sit at the heart of the programme, owning the data that everything else depends on, working shoulder to shoulder with project consultants, internal property teams and the MRI implementation team, and making the calls that keep the project on track.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing, cleansing and migrating property and tenancy data into MRI Horizon, mapping legacy fields to the new schema and making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
  • Running data reconciliation: hunting down gaps, anomalies and inconsistencies, then working with teams across the business to put them right.
  • Coordinating and supporting UAT, building test scenarios, logging defects, and driving them to resolution before go-live.
  • Using Excel, Access and AI-assisted workflows (think Claude and other LLMs) to automate the repetitive work and work smarter.
  • Being on the front line during cutover and go-live, then keeping data integrity watertight afterwards.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve processes and automate, your ideas will be heard!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
