System Integration Manager | Marlow (Hybrid weekly) | £65,000 – £75,000
Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading telecommunications and managed services provider undergoing a significant transformation of its operational systems and service delivery platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of change, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a new enterprise-wide CRM, CMDB and ITSM platform while driving operational efficiency and business improvement.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Integration Manager who thrives in complex technology environments and is passionate about systems integration, data migration, and delivering successful business transformation programmes. You’ll act as the technical lead across the implementation of Halo, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption and long-term success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading enterprise systems implementations, integrations, or platform migrations
- Strong understanding of systems integration principles and enterprise application architectures
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, middleware, and system interoperability
- Experience delivering complex data migration projects, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and systems integrators
- Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles and operational support environments
- Excellent planning, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment

- Experience implementing CRM, ITSM, Service Management, or CMDB platforms
- Previous experience within telecoms, managed services, technology, or operationally focused organisations
- Experience with HaloITSM or similar service management platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux-based environments
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification
- PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent project delivery certification
- Relevant systems integration, architecture, or technical implementation certifications
- Experience supporting organisational change, user adoption, and operational transition activities
