Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end system implementations, acting as the bridge between clients, our internal teams and third-party technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality.

You'll have a technical mindset, exceptional organisational skills and the confidence to lead workshops, challenge assumptions and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. From project planning through to go-live and client sign-off, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered successfully while proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

What you'll be doing

As our Systems Implementation Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones.
  • Capture detailed workshop notes, actions, decisions and requirements to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and system specifications.
  • Design and document future-state business processes, workflows and system configurations.
  • Work closely with our third-party technology partners to oversee system configuration and development, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements.
  • Review and validate system builds throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying issues early and driving resolution.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions are fit for purpose before deployment.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation, onboarding guides and supporting materials to enable successful system adoption.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular progress updates to internal and client stakeholders.
