System Support Specialist – Telephony Audio Implementation (Manchester)

Location: Manchester, Old Trafford

Hours: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (supporting US clients)

Salary: £29,000 base (£31,000 OTE)

About the Role

To strengthen our position at the forefront of our industry, we’re expanding our technology consulting team to support clients in North America.

As a System Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of bespoke audio branding services on clients’ telephony systems, from implementation to ongoing support. Your commitment to exceptional service delivery will ensure our clients receive the world-class experience they expect—and grow their recognition as a leader in the field.

Working closely with our Account Managers, you’ll take ownership of individual client accounts, analysing needs and developing tailored strategies for uploading audio productions. We’ll support your professional development with a detailed technical training programme.

We’re looking for someone with passion, drive, and the determination to excel. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Implementation & Coordination
    • Organise and manage feasibility with external sub-contractors, in-house engineers, or internal teams to deliver seamless technical work.
    • Remotely log into client telephony systems to implement changes to call flow processes and upload new audio productions.
    • Schedule remote engineering tasks for field engineers or third-party contractors across customer sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
