Role: IT Trainer
Type: Permanent
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum base salary, plus full travel expenses
Location:
Bath - hybrid working, with 1 day per week in the office on average
iO Associates are working with an established and values-led organisation in the health tech space that is looking to appoint a Software Trainer on a permanent basis.
They design and build digital software solutions and patient management systems for the healthcare sector. Their technologies are widely used across the NHS to streamline clinical operations and empower patients to manage their own health.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and really take ownership of how training is delivered. You will play an integral part in refreshing the current training options to offer a more seamless experience for both internal and external users.
Skills:
- Experience as corporate trainer, technical trainer or clinical educator
- Proficiency with SaaS solutions, strong familiarity with an LMS, and experience with screen-recording/video tools.
- Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or clinical concepts.
- High levels of patience, empathy, and adaptability to train users with varying levels of technical and clinical expertise.
- Must be comfortable with regular business travel for onsite training and go-live support.
