What is required:

  • Verified live track record minimum 3 years in systematic equity
  • Sharpe ratio of 1.0 or above across full track record
  • Experience running or co-running a book of $100m or above
  • Strategy focus, statistical arbitrage, equity market neutral, factor or similar
  • Strong risk management discipline - drawdown controls essential
