POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Accountant is responsible for the end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimisation of the ADRA platform across Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. The role ensures system integrity, governance, and effective user enablement across four key responsibilities:
- ADRA Business Administration (Setup & Governance)
- ADRA Task Manager (Close Management)
- ADRA Balancer (Reconciliations)
- ADRA Matcher (Automation & Matching)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Administration (Setup & Governance)
- Own Organisation Admin and Engagement Admin responsibilities across ADRA
- Manage user authentication (e.g. SSO), SCIM provisioning, and access governance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties
- Maintain audit trails, integrations, webhooks, and system connectivity
- Set up and maintain legal entities and align with Oracle and reporting hierarchies
- Maintain core system data including FX rates
- Act as primary contact for Trintech and Bakerfield
Task Manager (Close Process Management)
- Maintain and optimise month-end and quarter-end close framework
- Update task lists, ownership, and entity structures ahead of each close cycle
- Execute monthly task launches and align tasks to individuals
- Monitor progress and escalate overdue tasks
- Coordinate with ERP teams on period status and access
- Maintain user access and ensure governance controls are applied
Balancer (Reconciliation Management)
- Maintain GL account structure, mapping, and ownership
- Ensure alignment with Balance Sheet Reconciliation Policy
- Monitor data flows between Oracle and ADRA and resolve issues
- Maintain workflows and ensure audit-ready controls
- Drive improvements in reconciliation efficiency

Matcher (Automation & Reconciliation Engine)
- Own ADRA Matcher configuration and governance
- Design and optimise matching rules
- Configure reconciliation groups aligned to business needs
- Ensure integration with Balancer
- Monitor match performance and drive improvements
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- Strong understanding of R2R and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience with ADRA/Trintech and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Understanding of integrations (SFTP, APIs)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and control mindset
QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred)
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or part-qualified)
- Experience in finance systems or transformation environments
