Intune / Modern Workplace Administrator
Location: Remote, United Kingdom
Contract Type: 6 Months
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Intune / Modern Workplace Administrator to support a large-scale end-user computing transformation. This is a hands-on position focused on modern endpoint management, device deployment, security, and user experience across a hybrid Microsoft environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and modern workplace technologies.
- Manage endpoint configuration, application deployment, device compliance, and policy management.
- Support device lifecycle management across Windows and macOS environments.
- Deliver and maintain Autopilot provisioning and endpoint security controls.
- Assist with migration and modernisation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and device management issues.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint management and modern device management practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot, Conditional Access, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft environments, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of vulnerability management, patching, and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience with MECM/SCCM.
- Exposure to endpoint migration or modern workplace transformation projects.
