You’ll play a key role in making sure our digital services are accessible, high quality and continuously improving.
You’ll also work with colleagues and suppliers on system changes, upgrades and enhancements, helping to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly and meet business needs.
You’ll be continually developing your expertise in the GOSS platform, while also keeping an eye on any risks or issues. Where these arise, you’ll clearly set out the impact and take action or recommend solutions to keep delivery on track.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- delivering and supporting solutions within the GOSS platform

- identifying and managing risks and issues to support successful delivery.
You will need
- a customer focused, collaborative approach aligned with our WE ASPIRE values
- experience of developing digital solutions using low-code tools, ideally within the GOSS platform
- an analytical mindset and a strong ability to problem solve
- strong organisational skills
- to be effective at communicating information with stakeholders at all levels
- a positive approach to challenging priorities.
You can view a full list of requirements in the Job and Person Profile (JPP), which you can find in the ‘How to apply’ section towards the bottom of this advert. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
