Audley Group has recently expanded through the merger with Elysian Residences, bringing together three distinctive retirement living brands: Audley Villages, Mayfield Villages and Elysian Villages. United by a shared commitment to quality, service and exceptional living, our brands offer luxury retirement experiences in unique and desirable locations across the UK.

Our villages are home to owners who permanently reside on site in their own private homes, supported by a wide range of services and facilities. We also welcome external customers to enjoy our restaurants, leisure facilities and services, and every role within Audley Group plays a vital part in delivering a first-class experience.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems & Data Manager to ensure our sales and customer acquisition activities are supported by accurate, reliable and actionable data, alongside well-optimised sales and marketing systems.

Working within the Sales Support function, you will combine CRM management and data analytics expertise to develop, enhance and govern our core systems. You will play a key role in enabling insight-led decision-making, improving the customer journey and driving sales effectiveness across Audley Villages, Mayfield Villages and Elysian Villages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise CRM and core sales and marketing systems to maximise performance and user adoption.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and compliance across sales and marketing data.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and dashboards for sales leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and IT teams to support the full customer acquisition journey.
  • Provide insight and analysis to inform sales performance, pipeline health and customer trends.
  • Support, train and engage system users to promote best practice and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
