The Role
We’re seeking someone early in their systems, operations, or technology career who is:
- Organised
- Curious
- Technically minded
- Eager to build a career in systems delivery, business technology, and operational improvement
What You Will Do
- Support the implementation of technology and systems changes across the business
- Work with internal teams to:
- Understand requirements
- Translate them into clear actions
- Assist with:
- Gathering
- Documenting
- Validating business and system requirements
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities
- Help prepare:
- Training materials
- User guides
- Process notes
- Supporting documentation
- Deliver or support user training for:
- New systems
- Processes
- System changes
- Assist with:
- Data cleansing
- System updates
- Reporting
- Configuration tasks
- Support internal users during and after system changes by:
- Resolving issues
- Escalating where needed
- Identify opportunities to:
- Improve processes
- Reduce manual work
- Use existing systems more effectively
- Maintain clear records of:
- Changes
- Decisions
- Actions
- Project progress
