Job Description
Ready to lead leaders and shape the delivery of one of the UK's most significant nuclear engineering programmes? Do you enjoy bringing people, plans, and technical expertise together to achieve complex outcomes? At EDF, Success is Personal. As a Systems Lot Manager, you'll play a key role in helping high-performing engineering teams deliver work that makes a lasting impact.
The Opportunity
As a Systems Lot Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of systems engineering activities supporting the Hinkley Point C project. Acting as the bridge between strategic objectives and technical delivery, you'll oversee group leaders and their engineering teams, helping to ensure milestones, budgets, and technical commitments are delivered safely and successfully.
You’ll join us on a salary starting of £85,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role based from our #Bristol office at Aztec West, with flexibility to work from home alongside spending two days per week on site, moving to three days per week in the future. Occasional travel to France may be required to support project collaboration and delivery.
This is a leadership opportunity with real influence. You'll shape delivery schedules, drive performance against key milestones, support the development of engineering leaders, and contribute to EDF’s journey towards An Electric Britain. Working across systems, process, chemical, and I&C engineering disciplines, you'll help steer one of the UK's most important infrastructure programmes through its next phase of delivery.
Who You Are
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
