Systems Engineering & Verification Engineers
Location: Bristol, Derby or Solihull
Rolls-Royce is seeking Systems Engineering & Verification Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business.
Our Systems Engineering teams are responsible for defining, integrating, verifying and assuring complex engineering solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Working across multiple engineering disciplines, these teams help ensure that products meet customer, regulatory and business requirements.
We are interested in hearing from engineers with experience in:
- Systems Engineering
- Requirements Management
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Verification & Validation
- Development Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Product Qualification & Certification
- Systems Integration

What We’re Looking For
- Engineering degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in systems engineering or verification activities
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working within regulated engineering environments
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams

Additional Requirements & Considerations
To work for the Rolls-Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business:
- You must be a UK national or, in MoD-approved cases, a dual national, due to security clearance requirements.
