We're looking for a proactive and technically capable Systems Finance Accountant to take ownership of our NetSuite Financials platform and play a key role in the continued development of our finance systems.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial accounting with systems expertise. You'll work across Finance, IT and the wider business to improve processes, enhance reporting, strengthen financial controls and help drive automation across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing?

  • Act as the subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials, supporting users across the business.
  • Lead finance systems projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate finance processes, improve workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Support month end and year end close, ensuring financial data is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning through effective use of finance systems.
  • Maintain the integrity, security and governance of financial data across all finance platforms.
  • Manage finance system users, permissions, workflows and access controls.
  • Produce and develop management reports and dashboards to support business decision making.
  • Work closely with Finance, IT and operational teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information and system documentation.
  • Deliver training, guidance and ongoing support to finance system users.
  • Promote best practice, innovation and continuous improvement across the finance function.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong finance knowledge with excellent systems experience.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least three years' experience using NetSuite ERP within a finance environment.
  • Previous experience as a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems Accountant, Management Accountant or similar.
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, part qualification or qualified by experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, management accounting and financial controls.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across Finance, IT and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior members of a finance team would be advantageous.

Corston is home to around 140 employees, all based at our headquarters in Malmesbury. We believe the best ideas come from working together, with collaboration, creativity and problem solving happening naturally when our teams are in the same place.

As a fully office based business, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with colleagues across Finance, IT and the wider organisation every day. You'll therefore need to be able to commute to our Malmesbury office five days a week.
