Responsibilities
Altour has an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer in the Travel Management industry! The Systems Integration Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, and Compleat Routines) to support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel. The objective of this role is to support our corporate travel division with creative solutions that increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end to end automation, client services and operational quality assurance. This position reports to the Manager of Automation Development with a high level of communication between departments.
Smart Flow and Smart Script Creation and Management
- Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution
- Weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts
- Create and maintain documentation
- Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed
- Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities where applicable to promote standardization and efficiency.
- Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals.

Product Management
- Engage stakeholders to identify business needs and define optimal delivery approaches.
- Manage communication and provide regular status updates on projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and service levels.
- Support project execution by responding proactively to requests, maintaining documentation, and participating in system and integration discussions.
- Provide ongoing administrative and technical support to teams and operations.
Compleat Development
- Create automation solutions that are both effective and efficient, delivering measurable gains in business productivity and performance.
- Build scalable, maintainable workflows that optimize business processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Monitor solution performance and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
Industry Experience
- Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows required
- Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases.
- Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents
- Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards
- Compleat (or alternate Mid Office) development experience
Technical Skills
- Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products
- 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
