The Opportunity

As a Systems Integrator at Entrust, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers integrate our identity and security solutions into their platforms and business processes.

You’ll join our Implementation & Technical Services (Professional Services) team, providing technical guidance and ensuring seamless API, SDK, and infrastructure integrations—from project kickoff to launch—and helping customers realise value while setting them up for long-term success on the Entrust platform.

This customer-facing role is ideal for someone with technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple integrations with guidance from senior team members.


What You’ll Do

Customer Integration & Delivery

  • Support customer onboarding and post-sales integration engagements remotely.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance for integrating Entrust solutions via REST APIs, SDKs, and supporting workflows.
  • Assist customers in adopting best-practice integration patterns, including:
    • Error handling
    • Performance considerations
    • Go-live readiness
  • Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.

Technical Expertise & Delivery Support

  • Develop a working knowledge of Entrust’s identity, verification, and security products.
  • Support multiple integration pathways, including:
    • REST APIs
    • Mobile SDKs (iOS/Android)
    • Web SDKs
  • Review customer implementations and provide structured feedback (guided by senior team members).
  • Troubleshoot integration issues alongside Support and Engineering teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to improve customer onboarding and delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback to enhance products, documentation, and processes.
  • Provide technical insights for pre- and post-sales discussions.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage customer engagements, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
  • Follow established delivery processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, internal documentation, and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience, including:
    • Systems Integration
    • Technical Consulting
    • Technical Support
  • Strong RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and modern SaaS architectures knowledge.
  • Experience assisting with technical integrations or customer onboarding.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly – both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Effective ** organisational and project management** skills for high-priority tasks.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in SaaS, identity, security, payments, or verification domains.
  • Familiarity with development languages/platforms like:
    • JavaScript
    • iOS/Android
  • Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., XML, CSS).
  • Experience with integration diagnostics tools (Postman, API logs).
  • Exposure to CRM or internal tooling (Salesforce).
  • Fluency in European languages (French, Spanish, German).
