Finance Systems Manager | Financial Services | London | £85K - £100K
Overview: A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to oversee and optimise their core finance and business systems landscape. Reporting into both the IT Director and Group Finance & Strategy Director, you will play a key role in ensuring finance systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with global reporting and operational requirements.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, combining systems ownership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance and IT.
Role & Responsibilities: Own and manage core finance systems including OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O), and other finance SaaS platforms Ensure system integrity including chart of accounts, legal entity structures, access controls, and user permissions Work closely with Finance and IT teams to resolve system issues and support BAU operations Manage data flows, integrations, and ETL processes between finance and operational systems Gather and translate business requirements into system enhancements and solutions Lead system testing, upgrades, releases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting tools, and automation solutions Ensure compliance with audit requirements, financial controls, and reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP where applicable)

Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years’ experience in a Finance Systems / Systems Manager role Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O (essential) Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar consolidation tools Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and ideally Python Experience managing system change, upgrades, and implementations

Desirable: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Experience within multinational or financial services environments Exposure to SaaS governance and cloud finance platforms Experience with treasury systems (e.g. Reval TMS)
