Problem
We see 2 main problems with existing training programmes that we seek to address through danaVrddhi:
Personnel Trained. Not NGO
There are many programmes that train NGO personnel in being Fundraisers. However they do not assist in NGOs in actually creating any fundraising muscle or build processes and systems that can actually be used by NGOs to drive fundraising.
Theoretical. Not Practical.
Most of these programmes are also theoretical in nature. In the short-term they are an expense for the NGO and do not result in any tangible gain for the NGO.
Solution
danaVrddhi with its LIFE Approach to Scale aims to solve both these problems over a 16-18 week structured approach to building fundraising muscle of NGOs. The deliverables of this programme aim to assist NGOs in not only developing artifacts but also processes and systems that are put into place during this programme. These are put into place, practiced and refined in an actual fundraising campaign that all NGOs will run together to actually experience fundraising.
The danaVrddhi programme aims to help NGOs achieve a 10x return on their expense for being a part of this programme thus turning the expense into an investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
