Duties And Responsibilities
- Providing Support of IT Infrastructure – Windows Systems & Applications.
- Ensuring adherence to group security and compliance policies.
- Researching problems and issues, gather information from a range of physical and informational sources, review defects on platform or assembly in order to gain a complete understanding of the problem and all relevant circumstances.
- Manage or work as part of a team in Infrastructure improvement projects.
Essential
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Install, configure, administer, maintain & support Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems (all versions)
- Experience with a variety of IT administration & management frameworks.
- Experience in Active Directory & Powershell
- DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- MS 365 Administration and Azure AD
- Microsoft Exchange (hybrid) and SQL
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager /Tanium
- Hyper-V and VMware including ESXi installation, configuration and management
- Backup and Recovery – Veeam
- Linux advantageous
Desirable
- Administration skills for Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of HPE hardware including servers, storage and storage fabric
Qualifications
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
