Systems Project Manager
£90,000 - £100,000
London – Hybrid working – 2 days in office
We are excited to be supporting a multi-site international business in the search for a Systems Development Manager. This newly created position is being created due to increased expansion internationally across a variety of property and hospitality sectors. This role will take the lead on ensuring that Sun Systems is integrated and implemented in new acquisitions and is imperative to ensuring the smooth integration to allow accurate month and year end financial reporting across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on implementations and migrations of Sun Systems and related finance platforms across global entities
- Configure, test, and support integrations with third-party applications
- Business partner with various Finance, Technology stakeholders to define requirements, map and execute migration
- Provide support during Month-End and Year-End activities
- Troubleshoot SFTP-based data flows and automation processes
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and configuration records are updated
- Provide recommendations and implementation insights to ensure all migrations are delivered in line with company policies

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in finance systems, with significant exposure to implementations, migrations, and integrations
- Strong technical expertise in Infor Sun Systems ERP
- Proven track record in delivering finance system projects in complex global environments
- Advanced Excel (including macros and formulas)
- Experience working in hybrid finance/technology roles with structured project delivery
- Excellent business partnering skills to communicate and translate complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
