Systems Support Analyst (Business Systems) – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Our client, a leading organisation in the property and accommodation sector across the UK, is seeking a Systems Support Analyst for their Business Systems team.
Specialising in technology, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, they are focused on administering core platforms, supporting users, driving system improvements, and ensuring business-critical applications run efficiently across the organisation.
Role Overview
The Systems Support Analyst will:
- Administer and support Entrata and other core business systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support, investigating system issues, managing helpdesk tickets, and coordinating resolutions with third-party vendors.
- Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, workflows, and operational settings across business applications.
- Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements, integrations, and migration projects, including data validation and cleansing.
- Produce system documentation, reports, dashboards, and user training materials to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and effective system adoption.

Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administering business systems within a commercial environment.
- Familiarity with Entrata, Yardi, StarRez, Kinetic, or similar property management or enterprise platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve system issues efficiently.
- Solid understanding of operational business processes and their technological support requirements.
- Experience in supporting, training, and communicating with non-technical users.
- High level of attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality control.
- Proactive, organised approach with a passion for continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
