Looking Ahead

While we are not actively recruiting for this position at the moment, we expect the need for additional Systems Support resource as our studio continues to grow. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates looking to build a long-term career in technical support, systems administration, and pipeline engineering within a VFX environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams (connection issues, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Assist with onboarding new joiners and setting up their accounts and machines
  • Configure and maintain workstations across macOS, Linux, and Windows
  • Maintain and update hardware, software, and licenses
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across studio systems
  • Keep the office tech environment tidy and functional - from cable management to workstation organisation
  • Support general IT operations and escalate issues when needed
