Our Learning and Talent mission is to “measurably improve the experience and performance of colleagues at Deloitte”. Connect to your career at Deloitte

Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

As an experienced Learning Business Partner, you will operate at the heart of Enabling Functions – partnering with the Enabling Functions Head of Learning and Talent Business Partner to shape the capability strategy and deliver high-impact learning solutions.

Using your knowledge and experience of learning and development, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure our people have effective and appropriate learning opportunities available to them. You will work in collaboration with stakeholders across Enabling Functions as well as the central Learning and Talent team to ensure that solutions are provided in a timely, effective, and innovative manner to measurably enhance the experience and performance across all grades. The responsibilities of this role will require a Learning Business Partner to operate across all spectrums of the learning offering, from performance consulting and analysis to design and delivery, as well as evaluation for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Enabling Functions, and the wider UK firm, shaping decisions on capability and performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of a learning strategy aligned to business priorities and future skills needs.
  • Drive business-wide skills analysis to identify future capability gaps and inform strategic investment (including digital innovation, on-going transformation projects, business drivers, etc.); enabling greater clarity around the development of effective solutions and appropriate budget planning.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of learning projects, using the 5Di methodology to translate business needs into impactful solutions.
  • Represent learning on relevant management committees, influencing the agenda and ensuring the learning business case is realised.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process or you can contact the Independence team upon request.
