Role Title: Data Migration Specialist – T24 to Finacle Migration

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist with strong expertise in migrating banking data from Temenos T24 to Finacle Core Banking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end migration activities including data extraction, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover support while ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Experience
- 8 plus years of IT experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Core Banking Data Migration projects.
- At least one end-to-end migration project involving T24 and/or Finacle.
- Proven experience in migration planning, execution, testing, and cutover support.
- Experience working with banking stakeholders and vendors.
- Able to define and drive the end-to-end migration strategy across multiple transformation initiatives? While there are dedicated teams focused on the specific migration scope, this is a strategic leadership role who can define and lead the data migration strategy, roadmap, and governance. Be able to operate at both architecture and execution levels, while engaging C-level leadership and ensuring successful delivery.

Specific data migration scope includes (not limited to):
- Core banking migration from T24 to Finacle (primary scope)
- Legacy CRM to new CRM platform
- Legacy data layer to NextGen data platform
- Document Management
