Key Responsibilities (role-dependent):
Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, catering, or plumbing systems. Installation of commercial equipment and systems. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs or replacements. Conducting cleaning, hygiene, and equipment upkeep tasks. Providing exceptional customer service onsite. Completing job reports and communicating with the office as needed.
Requirements Relevant experience in the position you're applying for. Industry-recognised qualifications (e.g., F-Gas, Gas Safe, NVQ, CSCS). Strong technical and fault-finding skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within the region (occasional wider travel may be required).
