Managing end-to-end recruitment across head office functions, you’ll:

Job Description
Joining a small, collaborative Talent Acquisition team, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of recruitment across corporate and head office functions, partnering closely with hiring managers.
- Managing approximately 10 live vacancies at any one time, delivering end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Playing a key role in wide-ranging talent initiatives, business projects, and process improvements while operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and balancing strategic recruitment tasks with hands-on coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across head office functions
- Partner with hiring managers to:
- Understand hiring needs
- Provide market insight
- Source, screen, and assess candidates
- Coordinate interviews and gather stakeholder feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and produce reporting
- Handle purchase orders and manage agency processes
- Prepare:
- Contracts
- Terms and conditions
- Onboarding documentation
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through the hiring journey
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements
- Support talent and organisational projects

Profile (Requirements)
- Previous experience in:
- In-house Talent Acquisition
- Recruitment Partner or Recruiter roles
- Exceptional skills in:
- Stakeholder management
- Relationship building
- Ability to manage:
- Multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent:
- Organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in fast-paced commercial environments
Work Arrangements & Compensation
- Salary: £40,000 base
- Bonus: 10% completion bonus
- Contract: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with potential to transition to permanent status
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in a Central London office)
