Wolverton Primary School,

We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant to join our warm and supportive team at Wolverton Primary School.

As part of this role, you will be working alongside teachers as part of a professional team to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will not be allocated to one specific class but will provide targeted intervention support and respond to needs as they arise, helping children flourish both academically and personally. There may also be opportunities to undertake aspects of cover supervision where required.

At Wolverton Primary School, our mission statement is “Opening Worlds of Learning.” We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. By valuing each individual, nurturing interests and opening doors to rich learning experiences, we inspire children to realise their full potential and grow into confident, responsible citizens in an ever-changing world.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
