Overview
We’re hiring a TAAG Manager to spearhead the integration of data, technology, and ad operations for impactful client outcomes. This role sits at the core of campaign execution, ensuring clarity, precision, and innovation in tagging, trafficking, measurement, and optimisation.
You’ll:
- Partner with media, analytics, and technology teams to turn data into confident decisions.

Responsibilities
Key tasks include:
- Own the end-to-end ad operations and optimisation lifecycle, from campaign setup to performance enhancement.
- Translate historical performance data into clear KPIs, planning inputs, and optimisation strategies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical questions, challenges, and agency perspectives.
- Lead and support offshore trafficking and analytics teams for high-quality, consistent execution.
- Design and refine processes, documentation, and training to ensure reliable, timely delivery.
- Partner with media, data, and technology teams to develop scalable reporting, dashboards, and data solutions.
- Collaborate with technology and measurement partners to evolve ad operations in line with evolving client demands.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
✔ Proven experience in:
- Digital ad serving
- Tag management systems (DMPs, ad servers, analytics tools)
- Performance measurement and attribution
✔ Confidence working with data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools).
✔ Hands-on technical skills in:
- Ad server architecture
- Client-side tagging solutions
- Quality-first workflows and quality assurance
