This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage in its reporting and analytics journey. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities, improve operational visibility, and deliver impactful reporting that supports commercial decision-making across the organisation.
The Role and Deliverables
- Capture and refine reporting requirements from stakeholders across finance and operations
- Assess existing data sources, improve data quality, and create robust reporting solutions
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports focused on revenue performance and operational efficiency
- Analyse key business drivers including pricing, journey metrics, resource utilisation, and maintenance activity
- Identify quick wins and opportunities to improve revenue visibility and operational performance
- Support strategic projects by delivering insights that inform commercial and planning decisions

- Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyse complex datasets
- Strong Excel capability for analysis and stakeholder reporting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable reporting outputs
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and senior business stakeholders
- Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or other operationally focused environments
- Understanding of revenue optimisation, pricing analysis, or operational performance reporting
- Python experience is advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to ERP or operational systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms would be beneficial
