Tailor – Luxury Tailoring & Suiting Atelier

London | Luxury Menswear

Bloom Search is delighted to be partnering with an internationally recognised luxury fashion brand to recruit an experienced Tailor with a specialist background in luxury tailoring and suiting.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly skilled atelier, working on beautifully crafted tailored garments where precision, fit, and craftsmanship are at the heart of every collection. You'll play a key role throughout the product development process, from first pattern and toile through to fittings, garment construction, and final sample completion.

The Role

Working closely with the Founder, Design, Product Development, and Atelier teams, you will be responsible for creating and refining luxury tailored garments to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Producing first toiles, prototypes, and final tailored garments.
  • Pattern cutting and pattern amendments for luxury tailored jackets, trousers, waistcoats, and coats.
  • Constructing garments using traditional tailoring techniques and luxury sewing methods.
  • Preparing garments for internal and live model fittings.
  • Attending fit sessions, interpreting technical comments, and implementing pattern and construction amendments.
  • Working with luxury tailoring fabrics including wool, cashmere, mohair, silk blends, and premium canvases.
  • Hand-finishing garments using couture-level construction techniques.
  • Carrying out alterations and refinements to achieve exceptional fit and silhouette.
  • Working closely with Product Development to ensure garments are production-ready while maintaining the designer's creative vision.
  • Supporting the development of new tailoring blocks and construction techniques.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the sampling process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
