We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in tailoring who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to develop the skills to become a highly skilled bespoke tailor. This is a rare opportunity to train alongside an experienced master tailor and learn traditional techniques refined over decades. No previous experience is required - we're looking for enthusiasm, commitment, patience and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Learn

The suitable candidate's training will cover every stage of bespoke garment making:

  • Hand skills - traditional hand sewing, buttonhole creation and fine finishing techniques
  • Tools & machines - the correct use of tailoring tools and equipment, and operating the sewing machine, felling machine and overlocker
  • Construction - canvas construction, pressing and shaping, and basting fittings through to garment assembly
  • Garment making - making trousers, waistcoats and jackets from start to finish
  • Fitting & service - garment fitting and alterations, alongside professional customer service and telephone skills

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
