- continually ensure that pricing decisions are accurate, competitive, and anchored in robust model governance
- use your team's models and insights to drive commercial performance
- be instrumental in ensuring the firm's pricing strategy stays ahead of the curve of market and industry trends.
What will I need?
- A deep understanding of pricing models, governance, and commercial performance metrics
- Experience of developing technical talent within specialist teams
- Strong communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate complex information into clear outputs in order to make confident decisions
- Motor pricing experience is also a must.
