As a Risk Manager within our client's Corporate Pensions Solutions Team, you will play a major role in supporting the execution of the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) strategy.

Drawing on your strong, recent Bulk Purchase Annuities experience alongside your deep understanding of the product and associated processes (Buy in/Buy Out), you will have the opportunity to apply this expertise in a broader risk and control context.

Acting as a key advisor to the Corporate Pension Solutions leadership team, you will embed effective operational risk management practices within the BPA business, ensuring they align with business policies, frameworks and standards.

You will also lead the coordination of change risk assessments for projects and transactions, ensuring risks are clearly understood and appropriately managed.

In addition, you will support business leaders to identify and assess key risks across the BPA value chain, agree risk treatments and implement effective controls.

With a strong understanding of BPA products, transactions, processes and commercial drivers, the successful candidate will possess significant experience from within regulated financial services, gained in a business (first or second line role).

Experience of operational or non‑financial risk frameworks would be desirable but not essential.
