- Conduct
- Consumer duty obligations
Ideal for someone with strong compliance experience in the Lloyd’s of London Market, looking to elevate their career. This position supports three experienced senior compliance specialists, offering opportunities to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities
You will assist the Compliance Team across key focus areas, including:
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor compliance with FCA, PRA, MAS, and LIC requirements acrossタルボット’s regulated entities
- Support compliance with Lloyd’s underwriting guidelines, Principles, and internal requirements
- Maintain compliance policies and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Provide compliance advisory to business units
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including Lloyd’s returns, Principles, and regulatory reviews (FCA/PRA)
- Monitor and improve complaints handling processes
- Conduct proactive compliance risk assurance work
- Support development of annual compliance plans
- Engage in relevant internal working groups

Financial Crime
- Assist the Financial Crime specialist in monitoring economic sanctions and emerging financial crime trends, relating to Talbot Underwriting Ltd
- Support in providing sanctions-related guidance to business units
- Conduct overnight sanctions screening support
What We’re Looking For
We seek an individual with:
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude
- Strong compliance experience in the insurance sector (Lloyd’s Managing Agent background is preferred)
- Ability to work across all compliance disciplines
- Understanding of financial crime, sanctions, and related regulations
- Excellent interpretative skills for policies and regulations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail
