🚀 Talent Acquisition Resourcer (Sales) 📍 Manchester (Hybrid) | 🕒 Full-Time | 💙 IRIS Software Group

🌟 What you'll be doing No two days are the same! You'll be:
- 🔍 Sourcing top Sales talent across a variety of channels
- 📞 Screening and qualifying candidates
- 🤝 Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- 🎯 Creating and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring
- 🗺️ Talent mapping niche markets and identifying passive candidates
- 📝 Writing engaging job adverts
- 📅 Coordinating interviews and keeping recruitment moving at pace
- ✨ Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through to offer
