Talent Acquisition Executive

Reports To: Head of Talent

Location: Manchester

Working model: Hybrid (3-4 days in, 1-2 days from home)

With 8 years of growth behind us, we're continuing to invest in our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for an experienced TA Consultant to help drive the next phase of growth across our Solutions business. You'll lead hiring for our Delivery, Embedded and 180 Sales teams, partnering with stakeholders to attract exceptional talent and ensuring we continue to build high-performing teams across the UK and internationally.


What Your Role Entails

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines and deliver a first class candidate experience. From sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, you'll ensure every hire aligns with our values and contributes to the continued growth of our Solutions practice. You'll also use recruitment technologies, market insights and proactive talent mapping to identify and secure the very best talent in the market.


What Your Responsibilities will Include

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process across our Solutions business, managing vacancies from briefing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring plans, business needs and team growth, providing market insight and recruitment expertise throughout the process
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Delivery, Embedded and 180 Sales, proactively engaging high quality candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Utilise a range of sourcing tools and recruitment technologies (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, TeamTailor and other talent platforms) to engage top talent
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a seamless recruitment journey from first contact through to onboarding
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
  • Represent Strativ Group in the market, acting as a brand ambassador and helping to build awareness of our culture, values and career opportunities

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, R2R or Internal Recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring high performing recruitment professionals
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, with experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn and a CRM/ATS system
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, organised and adaptable, with a passion for delivering a first class candidate experience and supporting business growth
