We’re looking for two Recruitment Administrators to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the delivery of a high-volume internal hiring project (6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension).
In this role, you’ll provide essential coordination and administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth efficiency while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This uniquely dynamic position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on recruitment experience, or build on existing administrative or coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
Full training on our in-house recruitment systems will be provided, alongside on-the-job support from the Talent Acquisition team.
Key Accountabilities
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll support daily recruitment operations while contributing to successful hiring outcomes. Your core responsibilities include:

Shortlisting support
- Reviewing applications against defined criteria

Interview coordination
- Organising interview panels, communicating with candidates, and engaging stakeholders

Im/backend applicant tracking
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and integrity at every stage

Candidate experience management
- Serving as a primary point of contact, providing timely updates, and fostering a positive candidate journey

Process efficiency & progress tracking
- Chasing and collating feedback from hiring managers to keep recruitment moving at pace

Onboarding & offer management
- Assisting with offer documentation preparation and onboarding administration

High-volume recruitment prioritisation
- Managing multiple concurrent vacancies while ensuring deadlines are met

Process compliance & quality assurance
- Adhering to best practices, ensuring consistent application of recruitment procedures

General administrative support
- Providing operational assistance to the Talent Acquisition team during peak activity
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven ability and experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or similar support roles, with the following strengths:
✅ Strong organisational skills – managing multitasking in fast-paced environments

✅ Confident communicator – ability to engage at all levels with candidates and stakeholders, demonstrating attention to detail in data and documentation management
✅ Proactive and resourceful attitude – adaptable, initiative-driven, and able to efficiently use systems/solutions (ATS experience is a plus)
✅ Fluent in English – additional European languages advantageous
