About the Role
We are looking for two Recruitment Administrators (6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension) to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the delivery of a high-volume internal hiring project.
In this role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to ensure:
- A smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- A global Talent Acquisition function operates with clarity, time efficiency, and highest standards.
Working as part of a fast-paced team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain hands-on recruitment experience, build administrative/coordination skills, or advance in their career.
Full training will be provided on our in-house recruitment systems, alongside on-the-job support from the wider team.
Role Accountabilities
As a Recruitment Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Shortlisting support:
- Reviewing applications against defined criteria for accurate candidate selection.
- Coordination:
- Setting up interview panels and managing candidate/stakeholder communication.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
- Maintaining and updating the system to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Candidate experience:
- Acting as a key point of contact, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive candidate journey.
- Managing feedback from hiring managers to keep processes moving at pace.
- Administrative operations:
- Assisting with preparation and management of offer documentation.
- Handling onboarding administration.
- High-volume task management:
- Managing a large volume of vacancies.
- Prioritizing tasks across multiple recruitment streams.
- Process compliance:
- Ensuring recruitment standards, data integrity, and process compliance are maintained.
- General support:
- Providing administrative assistance to the recruitment team during peak periods.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential criteria:
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator, able to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders regardless of seniority.
- Excellent attention to detail when handling data, documentation, and recruitment processes.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, initiate tasks, and work comfortably with systems and data (including Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Fluent in English, with advantage given to additional European languages.
