About the Role
We’re looking for two Recruitment Administrators to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a high-volume internal hiring project (6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension).
In this essential role, you’ll provide coordination and administrative expertise to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Working within a global Talent Acquisition function, you’ll help manage competing priorities, maintain accurate recruitment data, and keep hiring processes progressing—all while gaining hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Full training will be provided on our in-house recruitment systems, plus ongoing support from the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Administrator, your role will include:
- Shortlisting support: Reviewing applications against predefined criteria to ensure fairness and efficiency.
- Coordinating interviews: Organising interview panels and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- ATS management: Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity at every stage.
- Candidate liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and fostering a positive experience.
- Hiring progression: Chasing and consolidating feedback from hiring managers to keep recruitment timelines on track.
- Offer & onboarding administration: Assisting with the preparation and management of offer documentation and onboarding processes.
- Prioritisation & workload management: Handling high-volume vacancies while balancing competing deadlines and requirements.
- Process compliance: Ensuring recruitment adherence to best practices, including data integrity and regulatory standards.
- General administration: Providing additional support to the recruitment team during peak activity periods.

Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role, with a strong ability to organise tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers—alongside a high level of attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work comfortably with recruitment systems (ATS knowledge is a plus).
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality service.
