Recruitment Administrator
Position: 2 x Recruitment Administrator (6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension)

About the Role
We are looking for two Recruitment Administrator (6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension) to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the delivery of a high-volume internal hiring project.
In this role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You will work as part of a global Talent Acquisition function, playing a key role in:
- Managing competing priorities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Keeping hiring processes efficient and fast-paced
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking hands-on recruitment experience or looking to build on existing administrative or coordination skills in a dynamic environment.

Full training will be provided on our in-house recruitment systems, alongside on-the-job support from the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Administrator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the shortlisting process by reviewing applications against defined criteria
- Coordinating interview panels and communicating with candidates and stakeholders
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Chasing and collating feedback from hiring managers to keep the process on track
- Assisting with offer documentation preparation and onboarding administration
- Managing a high volume of vacancies while prioritising effectively
- Ensuring recruitment processes are consistent with best practices, including compliance with data integrity
- Providing general administrative support during peak activity periods
Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for a therouhg organisational professional with:

- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, administration, or a similar support role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator, skilled in engaging effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail when handling data and documentation
- Proactiveness and adaptability, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with systems and data (ATS proficiency desirable)
- Fluency in English – additional European languages are advantageous
- A positive and collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service
