HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
To provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role specifically assists Talent Partners, coordinates group assessment centres for entry-level retail roles and internship opportunities, and contributes to broader talent acquisition strategies.
Talent Acquisition Support & Coordination
- Support 3 x Talent Partners with administrative tasks related to the end-to-end recruitment process, including assisting with candidate sourcing, posting job adverts, and initial CV review/screening support.
- Provide comprehensive interview logistics support, including candidate interview scheduling, liaising with hiring managers on interview timetables, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate group assessment centres for entry-level retail roles and internship opportunities, including scheduling, candidate communication, material preparation, and logistical arrangements.
- Escalating queries to Talent Partners, Hiring Managers, or other relevant Talent Acquisition team members when necessary.
- Assist Talent Partners in their proactive partnership with HR Business Partners and leadership to understand talent needs and support the implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Support with recruitment market research to inform go-to-market recruitment approaches for new positions.

Data Management & Projects
- Track and maintain recruitment-related data and talent mapping metrics to optimize the hiring lead time.
- Contribute to various talent-related projects and initiatives, including career fairs, internal events, candidate pooling efforts.
- Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition related training and events, including booking locations, sending invitations, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with diary management preferred.
- Previous knowledge or understanding of the end-to-end recruitment journey, including - candidate coordination, screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday is a plus.
- Trustworthy and discreet.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively in an agile environment.
- Well-versed in handling confidential and/or sensitive information appropriately.
- Flexible approach, willing to take on new projects as required and within reason.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong social networking abilities to engage with potential prospect talent.
- Able to work under time pressure, and adapt to a dynamic scope.
- A keen interest in supporting the talent acquisition process to identify and attract top talent, as well as driving our employer brand.
- Strong sense of collaboration and team spirit.
