Location: London (5 days per week in the office)
We're partnering with a fast-growing international organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support a busy, high-performing recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition. You'll play a key role in ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly while delivering an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment process. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll ensure interviews are coordinated efficiently, recruitment systems are kept up to date, and candidates receive a professional and seamless experience throughout their hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across multiple business functions.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer documentation and support pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support onboarding activities for new starters.
- Produce recruitment reports and maintain recruitment data.
- Assist with recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects and process improvements.
About You
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, or HR Administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop within Talent Acquisition.
