Talent Acquisition Advisor
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People Team. You'll be the person who finds the talent that powers our next chapter - owning end-to-end recruitment across HQ and Retail, building pipelines, and acting as a true advisor to hiring managers across the business. The Role Your day to day responsibilities will look like this: Lead end-to-end recruitment for HQ and Retail, delivering an efficient, high-quality hiring process from briefing through to offer management Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-calibre active and passive talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future-facing roles, ensuring readiness for evolving business needs Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned to role requirements, business objectives, and market availability Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, competitor activity, candidate availability, and hiring strategy including interviewing best practice, assessment approaches, and inclusive hiring principles Influence and challenge stakeholders to drive effective hiring decisions, improved assessment quality, and consistency across the recruitment process Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, efficient process management, and high service standards Use recruitment data and market intelligence to provide actionable insights on hiring performance, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, and talent trends Lead and deliver talent acquisition projects focused on improving recruitment effectiveness, process optimisation, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen market visibility and support attraction of top talent across HQ and Retail functions Represent the business at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and talent forums to strengthen external talent networks and market presence Ensure recruitment activity is accurately managed within the ATS (Workable) maintaining data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process consistency Act as the primary point of contact for talent market insights and benchmarking within the beauty and retail landscape, supporting data-led hiring decisions and strategic workforce planning Identify, utilise and drive opportunities for AI adoption across talent acquisition processes to enhance sourcing effectiveness, market intelligence, operational efficiency, and candidate engagement Support additional talent acquisition initiatives and projects as required by the People function.

Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role: Proven experience in end-to-end in house recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, multi channel environment (Retail and Ecommerce) Strong sourcing capability across multiple channels, with a genuine talent for finding and engaging passive candidates Confident stakeholder management skills - able to advise and influence where needed. Data-led mindset with the ability to translate hiring metrics into meaningful insights Strong Excel capability, with confidence using spreadsheets to manage, analyse and present data accurately Experience using an ATS (Workable experience a bonus) Confidence utilising AI tools within a commercial environment to improve efficiency, insight and ways of working Excellent communication skills and a high bar for candidate and hiring manager experience Knowledge of the beauty, retail, or consumer brand landscape is a plus
