Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intelligence Analyst, you’ll move Pacific Life Re, and your career, forward by supporting the research and development of strategic talent sourcing strategies, conduct best in class talent sourcing and pipelining leveraging data to help drive key decisions and recommendations. You will fill a new role that sits on a broader TA team withing our People Experience department. Your colleagues will include TA Leaders, Partners and Coordinators in addition to HR Communications and HR Analytics and you will operate in multiple global locations.
Main Duties
Recruitment Marketing
You’ll be the engine behind compelling campaigns that connect the right people to the right opportunities. Support the research and analysis of innovative recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage top-tier talent. Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and fine-tune job ads and sourcing strategies. Offer market insights and competitor intel to ensure we're always one step ahead. Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure everyone’s on board with your analysis and key insights.
Campaign Support
Support the roll out of multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns across job boards, social platforms, email, and our careers site. Run A/B tests to optimize messaging and formats—what works, stays; what doesn’t, gets better. Partner with our HR Communication team to ensure content aligns with our strategy, amplifies our employer brand and drives engagement.

Data Analysis & Market Intelligence
You’re not just data-driven—you’re data-inspired. Analyse campaign performance and candidate funnel metrics to uncover what’s working and where to pivot. Conduct market research to track hiring trends, understand the competition, and uncover new candidate engagement tactics.
Skills & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, recruitment marketing or a similar role. Strong command of recruitment marketing tools (job boards, social platforms) and marketing analytics platforms (like Google Analytics) preferred. A creative, analytical, and strategic mindset. Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong cross-functional partnerships.
