Your Key Responsibilities
Your role will evolve, but will include core tasks such as:
- Full-cycle recruitment ownership, including:
- Role profiling
- Candidate sourcing
- CV screening
- Assessment planning
- Creating interview scripts
- Conducting interviews
- Building a powerful employer brand to attract both standout ("shouting") talents and hidden ("whispering") candidates.
- Streamlining recruiting processes—executing improvements and automating efficiency.
- Enhancing the onboarding experience in collaboration with management.

Additionally:

How We Work
This is an onsite role (Monday–Friday), based at our Buckingham Gate London offices—where collaboration and creativity are essential to leading industry events.
