Your Key Responsibilities

Your role will evolve, but will include core tasks such as:

  • Full-cycle recruitment ownership, including:
    • Role profiling
    • Candidate sourcing
    • CV screening
    • Assessment planning
    • Creating interview scripts
    • Conducting interviews
  • Building a powerful employer brand to attract both standout ("shouting") talents and hidden ("whispering") candidates.
  • Streamlining recruiting processes—executing improvements and automating efficiency.
  • Enhancing the onboarding experience in collaboration with management.

Additionally:
