£275 per day PAYE (via Umbrella)
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global organisation in the IT Consulting, Management Consulting, and Professional Services sector to recruit a number of Talent Acquisition Business Partners across various levels of experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers while driving recruitment best practice and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders across multiple business areas. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition through to offer
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment expertise
- Conducting market mapping and providing external talent market insights across multiple skill sets and capabilities
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screening, shortlisting, assessing, and recommending suitable candidates
- Delivering a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting talent acquisition data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Using ATS and CRM systems effectively to maintain compliance and provide accurate reporting
- Collaborating with HR, onboarding teams, and wider recruitment colleagues to share insights and improve processes
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent pooling activities
- Promoting inclusive hiring practices and contributing to diversity and inclusion objectives
- Coordinating interviews, managing feedback processes, and ensuring timely communication with candidates
- Supporting recruitment-related projects and leading smaller-scale initiatives when required

About You
We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals who thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships.
You will have:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within IT Consulting, Management Consulting, or Professional Services
- Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition function or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment
- Demonstrated success using direct sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and talent pipelining
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions
- Confidence presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
