H&P Executive Search Talent Acquisition Consultant
H&P Executive Search partners with leading international organisations, including Magic Circle law firms, global investment banks, and high-growth technology businesses across the UK, US, and Europe. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our internal Talent team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join us!
This role is focused on finding and engaging great people to join H&P, from early career hires through to experienced recruiters. You’ll play a key part in shaping our business by helping us attract and hire top talent.
We’re looking for someone with around 1 year of agency recruitment experience who enjoys speaking to people, spotting potential, and delivering a great candidate experience, and is looking to step away from a business development heavy agency role. This is a great opportunity to move into an in-house Talent role within a fast-growing, high-performance business!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end hiring process for internal roles across the business.
- Sourcing and engaging great candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Running initial screening calls and structured interviews.
- Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.
- Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand what “great” looks like.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 1 year of experience in fast paced agency recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A genuine interest in people, talent, and hiring.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn.
- Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing business.
