Location: Bromley Salary: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Additional Benefits
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will take ownership of social media content and broader recruitment strategies for Clear Engineering. Responsibilities include:
- Leading all internal recruitment communication content via social media platforms
- Collaborating with the marketing supply chain to develop talent-focused branding content
- Researching and generating social media and branding content to support talent acquisition
- Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple pipelines (social media, ads, networking, trade shows)
- End-to-end coordination of interview and onboarding processes, including administering first-stage interviews
- Supporting the Directors in resourcing strategy, identifying gaps to align hiring with business goals
- Job description review and refinement across all roles within the organisation
- Crafting and justifying interview questions and assessment criteria for hiring success
- Designing and executing multi-year recruiting plans tailored to experienced hires in priority sectors
- Managing and improving the talent supply chain (partners, vendors and internal teams).
- Conducting competitive market research on salary/salary award structures

Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment practices
- Strong expertise in social media marketing and brand building
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with specific experience in crafting compelling adverts and marketing copy
