Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location

Compensation

Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Additional Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead on social media content for all internal recruitment comms
  • Work with our marketing supply chain on the development of content focused on talent acquisition
  • Research content for social media and brand development, focused on talent acquisition
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels (e.g. social media, advertising, networking events)
  • Coordinate and manage all interview processes through to onboarding
  • Undertake first-stage interviews to assess candidate suitability and promote Clear Engineering
  • Assist the directors in resourcing planning and gap analysis
  • Review and develop job descriptions for all levels of roles within the business
  • Design interview questions and assessment criteria
  • Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies targeted at experienced hires in our core markets
  • Review, assess and manage the talent acquisition supply chain
  • Undertake market research on staff rewards and remuneration
