Talent Acquisition Consultant

Responsibilities
- Lead on social media content for all internal recruitment comms
- Work with our marketing supply chain on the development of content focused on talent acquisition
- Research content for social media and brand development, focused on talent acquisition
- Proactively source candidates through various channels (e.g. social media, advertising, networking events)
- Coordinate and manage all interview processes through to onboarding
- Undertake first-stage interviews to assess candidate suitability and promote Clear Engineering
- Assist the directors in resourcing planning and gap analysis
- Review and develop job descriptions for all levels of roles within the business
- Design interview questions and assessment criteria
- Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies targeted at experienced hires in our core markets
- Review, assess and manage the talent acquisition supply chain
- Undertake market research on staff rewards and remuneration

- Talent acquisition and/or recruitment experience
- Social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and experienced in writing adverts / marketing content
